The Feel Epic Journal

The Feel Epic Journal is a place to record and collect data on what you want to feel good about and what you felt good about for the day. 

It's based on the concept of joy as a key component to having more energy. By setting a short-term goal of what you want to feel good about, you train you brain to seek goodness in your day, ultimately making you happier. 

Use it daily and become happier.

 

Start Stop Calendar

The Start Stop Calendar is a place to keep track things and habits you'd like to either start or stop doing.

It's divided into 3 sections: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.

The Daily section is to keep track of things you want to start or stop doing on a daily basis. You put a checkmark for things you've successful did or did not do for the day. The idea is to get checkmarks everywhere!

The Weekly section to to keep track of things you want to start or stop doing on a weekly basis. It's for things you can't do every day. At the end of the week, you rate your success towards the goal and add notes as needed.

The Monthly section is similar to the Weekly section, but for monthly goals.

If you use the Start Stop Calendar consistently, you will be able to create strong habits and drop unproductive ones.
